The cleaners are DBS-checked and insured, and when one is off, the clean is covered from the rota rather than cancelled.
Where several of your units sit in one building, a team works the building together, which keeps access and timing simple. For a block or building contract we agree keys, fobs and contractor sign-in with the managing agent or concierge before the first clean.

Operators with 5 or more units, or 20 or more cleans a month, are on our operator card: from £55 ex-VAT for a studio or one-bed, £65 for a two-bed, £90 for a three-bed and £115 for a four-bed, per clean.
