Deep cleaning that restores a property to standard
A planned deep clean takes a property back to a lettable, sellable or guest-ready standard after a long tenancy, a refurbishment or a period of neglect. We clean the parts a regular visit does not reach, and photograph the before and after so the change is documented.

The reset a regular clean does not do.
A weekly or changeover clean keeps a property presentable. It does not tackle built-up grease in an oven, limescale behind the taps, or the dust left after building work. A deep clean is the planned visit that does, on its own schedule and its own scope.
We scope it to the property and its condition, whether it is a one-off before a sale or a letting, a reset after a refurbishment, or a twice-a-year visit on a managed portfolio. You get before and after photographs either way.
We scope each deep clean to the property in front of us, so the price reflects its actual condition rather than a flat rate.
How a deep clean runs.
We look at the property, or your photos of it, and scope the work to its actual condition.
The visit is booked as a one-off, a pre-let reset, or a recurring deep clean on a portfolio.
The team works through the full scope, including the areas a regular clean leaves.
Before and after photographs are taken and sent, so the change is on record.
These four steps are specific to deep cleans. They sit inside the six-stage operating cycle we run on every contract. See how we work
What a deep clean does not cover.
A deep clean is thorough, but it is still cleaning. These sit outside it and are quoted separately where you need them.
We clean and report faults. We do not fill, paint or carry out appliance repairs.
We can clean surface mould, but the underlying damp is a specialist job.
Removing furniture, belongings or bulky rubbish is priced separately.
Gutters, roofs, jet washing and window exteriors are quoted as a separate visit.

A regular clean keeps a property presentable week to week. A deep clean tackles the built-up dirt a regular clean does not reach: oven interiors, limescale, grout, behind and inside appliances, and carpets. It is a planned one-off, not a routine visit.
