Modern Slavery Statement

BRITPOLISH LTD (company no. 15544227) provides commercial cleaning across Manchester and the North West: serviced accommodation, hotels and aparthotels, offices, student accommodation, gyms and hospitality. The work is delivered by cleaners engaged directly by us, coordinated through our own operations system.

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking, in our own workforce and in our supply chain. Concretely, this means:

• We check every cleaner’s identity and right to work in the UK before they start.
• We pay cleaners directly into their own bank accounts, never through a third party, and never below the National Living Wage.
• We charge no recruitment fees and hold no one’s documents. Anyone can stop working with us at any time.
• We engage cleaners individually, not through labour providers or agencies, which removes the layer where exploitation in the cleaning industry most often hides.

Our supply chain is short: cleaning products and equipment bought from mainstream UK retailers and wholesalers, and established software providers. We assess it as low risk, and the greater risk in our industry sits in labour supply, which we control directly as described above.
