A short let earns nothing in the hours between one guest leaving and the next arriving, and it loses money if the clean runs late into a check-in or slips a review. We plan the turnaround around your calendar, not ours.
When we hold your slot we work to the checkout and check-in times on the booking, including same-day back-to-backs, so the flat is finished and photographed before anyone arrives. We clean to a written specification for your property, so the standard is the same whether it is your regular team on the job or their cover.
Anything outside this list is scoped and priced separately, so your standing rate stays predictable.
How a turnover runs.
We take the checkout and next check-in from your calendar, or sync it by iCal, and hold the slot.
The team strips, cleans and restocks the property to your written specification.
Linen counted, damage checked, and a photographed walk-through before the team leaves.
The flat is guest-ready, the photos are with you, and anything that needs your attention is flagged.

What a changeover does not cover.
Stated plainly so the standing rate stays predictable and nobody is surprised on an invoice. Any of the below can be added as a scheduled or one-off visit.
Built-up grease, limescale and post-works dust need a separate deep clean, booked in.
