When we hold your slot we work to the checkout and check-in times on the booking, including same-day back-to-backs, so the flat is finished and photographed before anyone arrives. We clean to a written specification for your property, so the standard is the same whether it is your regular team on the job or their cover.
Anything outside this list is scoped and priced separately, so your standing rate stays predictable.
