What we are covered for.
Current certificates for all policies are available on request, and renewal dates are tracked so cover never lapses mid-contract.
Covers injury or damage to third parties and their property while we are on site. This is the policy that protects you as a client. Certificate sent before a contract starts.
One thing we do not list: employers’ liability insurance. It exists to protect a company’s own employees, and our cleaners work with us as self-employed subcontractors, so it does not apply to our model. The public liability cover above is the policy that matters to you as a client, and we send the certificate before a contract starts, not when it is chased.
Who we let into your property.
Every cleaner is checked before their first clean. We run the checks ourselves rather than taking an agency's word for it.
Documents checked and recorded before the first clean, no exceptions.
We know every cleaner who works under our name. There is no labour-supply layer between us and the person in your property.
The same cleaners return to the same properties, so access, alarms and standards are learned once and kept.
Every clean is photographed and checked against the written specification, so vetting is proved by what was actually done, not just promised.
Memberships and standards.
We list only bodies we have actually joined, with the membership number. Anything in progress is marked as such.

Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for handling personal data, as our privacy policy sets out.
Registered with the Environment Agency to carry waste from site, for end-of-tenancy and clearance work. Checkable on the public register.
When we join a body it will be listed here with the membership number. We will not name one we have not joined.
